This announcement from HP Tuners should eventually yield impressive results for enthusiasts looking to extract more power from their LM2-powered Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Duramax or GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax diesel trucks. But, first, owners must hook up the E46 ECM so HP Tuners can upgrade it with its diagnostics and tuning using the VCM suite. As for the ECM, the price sits at $399.99 and functions as you would think. There are three services to choose from: the stand-alone unlock service, unlock and program service, and the unlocked TCM Purchase. Speaking of purchase, the TCM tuner will cost between $199 and $399, depending on what service you opt for. The company is working on restocking the tuner, but as of yesterday, the ECM tuner is still available to purchase. HP Tuners recently posted on their Facebook page that many owners have already jumped for the opportunity to tune their vehicles with the T93 TCM services selling out within just 3 hours. Specifically, HP Tuners officially released T93 TCM and E46 ECM custom tuning support services for the 2020+ Chevrolet Camaro, 2020-2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Duramax and GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax with the 3.0L LM2 diesel engine, as well as the 2020-2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD trucks. It has taken some time, but HP Tuners have announced support on the transmission control modules (TCM) and engine control modules (ECM) for more General Motors vehicles.
